Freewheeling Private Scooter joins the army in order to fight terrorism and bring freedom to the entire world. Wounded in the heat of battle, Private Scooter is captured and then held prisoner at a secret terrorist P.O.W. installation. Scooter soon discovers the harsh realities of P.O.W. life.

Regarded by prisoners and guards alike as "fresh meat", he is visited in his cell repeatedly by a merciless gang of dildo-wielding women.
